Refrigerated

  1. Store in perforated plastic bag or open container
  2. Refrigerate
  3. Do not wash until ready to use
Freezing freezing method 6-8 months

Blanched and Frozen

  1. Shell peas and blanch briefly
  2. Cool in ice bath and drain
  3. Pack in freezer bags

Wilted pods can still be shelled; use peas in cooked dishes.
