  1. Trim stem ends and place in jar with an inch of water
  2. Loosely cover leaves with plastic bag
  3. Refrigerate and change water every day or two
  4. Keep away from ethylene producers

  1. Wrap in damp (not soaking) paper towel
  2. Place in plastic bag or container
