Refrigerated

  1. Store in perforated plastic bag or open container
  2. Refrigerate
  3. Do not wash until ready to use
  4. Use while pods are bright green
Freezing freezing method 6-12 months

Frozen

  1. Keep in freezer in original packaging or transfer to bag
  2. Blanch fresh pods before freezing if freezing at home
  3. Best for boiling, steaming, or adding to dishes

Revival Tips

Slightly yellowed pods can still be cooked; flavor may be less sweet.
