  1. Do not wash until ready to eat
  2. Leave at room temperature until soft
  3. Move to fridge once ripe
  4. Store in a single layer or shallow container
  5. Keep away from ethylene producers
Freezing freezing method 6-12 months

Frozen

  1. Wash and dry, then freeze whole or halved
  2. Freeze in single layer, then transfer to bags
  3. Best for jam, baking, or purees
