  1. Do not wash until ready to cut
  2. Leave whole at room temperature until ripe check for softening and strong fragrance
  3. Move to fridge once ripe
  4. Store ripe whole fruit or cut pieces in sealed container
  5. Coat cut fruit with lemon juice to slow browning if desired
  6. Keep away from ethylene-sensitive produce

  1. Pack cut, ripe arils in freezer bag
  2. Freeze
  3. Best for smoothies or cooked dishes
