  1. Do not wash until ready to use
  2. Store in perforated plastic bag or in crisper drawer
  3. Refrigerate
  4. Keep away from light to prevent greening

  1. Store in damp sand or sawdust in cool, dark place
  2. Keep ventilated and cool (45-55°F)
