Counter then Fridge

  1. Keep unripe kiwi at room temperature cold prevents ripening
  2. Check by gently pressing—ripe kiwi yields slightly
  3. Once ripe, refrigerate
  4. Keep away from other ethylene-sensitive produce
Speed Ripen special method to accelerate ripening of unripe produce 2-4 days

Paper Bag (Speed Ripening)

  1. Place kiwi in paper bag with apple or banana
  2. Fold bag closed, leave at room temp
  3. Check daily
  4. Refrigerate once ripe
