Refrigerated

  1. Store in perforated plastic bag or crisper drawer
  2. Refrigerate
  3. Do not wash until ready to eat
  4. Eat whole (skin and all) or use in recipes
Freezing freezing method 4-6 months

Frozen

  1. Wash and dry, then freeze whole
  2. Place in freezer bag
  3. Use in drinks, marmalade, or baking

Revival Tips

Slightly soft kumquats can still be used for marmalade, baking, or cocktails.
