Paper Bag in Refrigerator

  1. Do not wash until ready to use; brush off dirt
  2. Store in paper bag or breathable container
  3. Refrigerate
  4. Avoid sealed plastic—traps moisture
Freezing freezing method 6-12 months

Sliced and Frozen (Cooked)

  1. Slice and sauté or grill briefly, cool, then freeze
  2. Pack in freezer bag
  3. Use in cooked dishes
