Refrigerated

  1. Store in perforated plastic bag or open container
  2. Refrigerate
  3. Do not wash until ready to eat
  4. Keep away from ethylene producers
  5. Use while spines are still bright and flexible
Freezing freezing method 2-3 months

Frozen (Shelled)

  1. Shell and remove seed, pack in freezer bag
  2. Freeze
  3. Use in desserts or drinks

Revival Tips

Slightly dried rambutan can still be eaten; trim any moldy or off spots.
