Preserve & Marinate Vacuum Containers

Reusable, stackable vacuum containers made from durable Tritan plastic that work with any FoodSaver handheld sealer or vacuum machine (sold separately). A dial on the lid switches between Vacuum Mode, which removes air to keep leftovers, produce, and dry goods fresh in the fridge, freezer, or pantry, and Marinate Mode, which uses the vacuum to drive marinade into meat, fish, and vegetables in minutes rather than hours. The containers are crack-, stain-, and odor-resistant, dishwasher-safe, and the bases are microwave-safe for reheating. They come in a range of sizes and nest together for compact storage.

To use the containers, you fill one with food, close the flexible lid, turn the valve on the lid to Vacuum Mode, and attach a FoodSaver handheld sealer to the valve to pull the air out. Removing oxygen slows the oxidation, mold growth, and staling that spoil food, so vacuum-sealed contents stay fresh several times longer than in an ordinary container. A vacuum indicator on the lid confirms the seal has taken hold.

Switching the valve to Marinate Mode uses the same vacuum action for a different purpose: the pressure change opens the pores of meat and vegetables so marinade is drawn deep into the food quickly, cutting marinating time from hours to minutes. Because the containers are reusable and seal repeatedly, they offer an ongoing, low-waste alternative to disposable vacuum bags for everyday fridge and pantry storage.
