How It Works
The NESCO Snackmaster Pro uses a patented top-down airflow system called Converga-Flow that forces air down the exterior pressurized chamber and then horizontally across each tray. This design helps ensure even drying across all levels, though occasional tray rotation can improve consistency.
The stackable tray design allows you to start with 5 trays and expand up to 12 as needed. This flexibility is great for scaling up during harvest season. The adjustable thermostat handles everything from delicate herbs at low temperatures to jerky at higher settings. The opaque exterior blocks light, which helps preserve nutrients and colors in dried foods.
