Paper Towel Method

  1. Remove any bands or ties
  2. Don't wash until ready to use
  3. Wrap loosely in paper towels
  4. Place in plastic bag or container
  5. Store in high humidity crisper
  6. Keep away from ethylene producers
Freezing freezing method 10-12 months

Frozen

  1. Wash and chop into pieces
  2. Blanch in boiling water 2 minutes
  3. Cool in ice bath, drain well
  4. Transfer to freezer bags
  5. Best for cooked dishes

Revival Tips

If wilted, trim end and soak in ice water for 30 minutes.
