  1. Do not wash until ready to use
  2. Store in perforated plastic bag or crisper drawer
  3. Refrigerate
  4. Keep away from ethylene producers

Cut Chayote

  1. Wrap cut surface or store in sealed container
  2. Refrigerate

Slightly soft chayote can still be cooked or stuffed.
