Refrigerated

  1. Do not wash until ready to use
  2. Store in perforated plastic bag or crisper drawer
  3. Refrigerate
  4. Keep away from ethylene producers if possible

  2. Freeze
  3. Use in chiles rellenos, sauces, or stews
