Refrigerated

  1. Do not wash until ready to use
  2. Store in perforated plastic bag or crisper drawer
  3. Refrigerate
  4. Keep away from ethylene producers if possible
Freezing freezing method 6-12 months

Frozen

  1. Wash and dry, then freeze whole
  2. Place in freezer bag
  3. Use in curries, stir-fries, or salsas

Revival Tips

Slightly soft Thai chilies are still fine for cooking or hot sauce.
