  1. Don't wash until ready to use
  2. Trim bottom of stems
  3. Place in jar with 1-2 inches of water
  4. Cover loosely with plastic bag
  5. Store in refrigerator
  6. Change water every few days

  1. Don't wash until ready to use
  2. Wrap loosely in slightly damp paper towel
  3. Place in bag or container
  4. Store in refrigerator

Frozen

  1. Wash and dry cilantro
  2. Chop or leave whole can also freeze in olive oil in ice cube trays
  3. Transfer to freezer bags
