Stems in Water

  1. Trim roots slightly and place in jar with an inch of water
  2. Loosely cover tops with plastic bag or leave uncovered
  3. Refrigerate and change water every few days
  4. Keep away from ethylene-sensitive produce if storing long-term

Damp Paper Towel

  1. Wrap in damp paper towel
  2. Place in plastic bag or container
  3. Refrigerate
