Cut & Keep Silicone Produce Savers

Set of two reusable silicone produce savers shaped for cut lemons and onion halves. The flexible silicone hugs the cut face of the fruit or vegetable, sealing the exposed flesh against air so leftover halves stay fresh in the fridge without single-use plastic wrap or foil. Also sold individually as a lemon saver and an onion saver.

Once produce is cut, the exposed flesh loses moisture and oxidizes rapidly — the cut face dries out, browns, and picks up fridge odors. Covering just the cut surface with snug silicone dramatically slows this while leaving the skin, which is already a natural barrier, uncovered.

The savers flex to fit slightly different sizes of citrus and onions, rinse or wash clean, and replace cling film for the most commonly half-used items in the kitchen. Same concept as Food Huggers, in shapes tuned for lemons and onions.
