How It Works
Mangoes are awkward to process because of their wide flat pit and slippery flesh. This tool centers the cut around the pit so each cheek comes off with maximum flesh, then scores and scoops so cubes come out uniform — ready for freezing flat on a tray, drying, or fresh eating.
